One of the members from Dublin Sketchers took a picture of my work yesterday. Not the best resolution, but here’s a quick review anyway :) I will take this picture later.

Because of Lightning looked so badass in Lightning Returns, I will play that game once it’s released. I am not a big fan of Final Fantasy games like I used to, but this one is quite different, in a good way :)

You wouldn’t believe how bored I was at work today. Surprisingly enough I drew nicely by using ballpoint pen ( O A O) I am usually suck at drawing using a pen on its own!

Never thought drawing and colouring Hoest’s face is difficult :/ The background was an impromptu idea, so at least there’s a bit of Taake air… whatever that is.

Based on a true event :P Credits to my work colleague at the office :) She received messages from her husband, which he was proving that he was cleaning the house XD And he posted his picture of wiping the wardrobe door. We both laughed, aah the joys.

So hey, I told her “I need to draw that!” XD Showed her, and she hurt her sides XDDD

I have received the email from Nom, and I didn’t make through. I have a feeling I won’t get through Eirtakon as well.

I like drawing stuff for my own happiness. And also to tumblr followers and friends who like seeing my artworks :)

But I feel like I won’t be in the commercial stream. I highly valued the cafe cashier’s encouragement, but my art is not… cute. Not digital. Not badass. Not minimalistic. Not abstract. Not common.

*sigh* I rather just give up about my artworks being recognised, and just draw at my leisure.

After work, I went to Fibbers. That place really made me feel relaxed after a day’s long work at the office -_- Plus I like bringing my artpad and letraset markers and such anywhere. The pub was playing a collection of Iron Maiden songs, so I drew Bruce :P I knew it the uniform was a bit missing!

Although it looks of ‘The Trooper’, but I kept thinking of ‘These Colours Don’t Run’ lol

Can’t type a lot, damn headache. I finished drawing and colouring at 2am (Monday), then woke up in the morning, and adding shading and highlights.

I should stop underestimate the power of comte crayon pencils and sketching pencils. I drew on black paper, and have to admit it was fun yet curious to see how ‘magical’ the white comte crayon pencil turns out at every appllication :P Because of my camera, I tweaked as neat as possible, I don’t want it to end up looking Instagrimly.

The subject is nonetheless, King ov Hell \m/
